Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival
Found near Richfield, the Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival features spectacular hot-air balloons coloring the sky. Watch the early dawn balloons or jump at the chance to help launch a balloon yourself.
St. George & Southern Utah Events
Zion National Park Plein Air Art Invitational Twenty-four artists come to Zion National Park and paint throughout the week and then display their works at the end in the Zion Lodge. There will also be painting workshops, lectures, and a silent auction to partake in. Event times vary.
Zion Joy to the World The town of Springdale hosts various holiday activities throughout the community, there will be the lighting of the community tree, music at various locations, and a 3K fun run for everyone to enjoy among the holiday fun.
2014 Butch Cassidy 10K / 5K
Choose your distance and join in on this fun annual run. The 10K begins at 9 a.m. at the Driftwood Lodge in Springdale and the 5K begins at 8:45 a.m. on Bridge Road in Rockville.
Snow Canyon Half Marathon & 5K
Join in on this scenic race as it winds through the beautiful scenery of Snow Canyon. Start times vary based on race length.
Santa's Workshop Stop by the Dixie Center in St. George for this fun and unique crafts show that is free to the public. The show runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
This fun family friendly run takes place at the Seegmiller Historic Farm in St. George. The fun begins at 9:30 a.m.
Bryce Canyon Winter Festival
A weekend of sleigh rides and sled races, cross-country ski tours, snowshoe races, archery clinics, ski archery competition, plus snow sculptures, photography workshops, yoga classes, children’s activities, live music, and food set amongst the snow-covered hoodoos of the Natural Amphitheatre.
Head down to the old St. George Municipal Airport for this energetic run with a view. The mingling begins at 5 p.m.
